Booking Policies
- Bookings may be made through our official website (www.casaizeba.mx), our authorized online travel agency partners (Booking.com and Expedia Group), or directly with the property.
- During the booking process, guests are responsible for verifying that all booking details are accurate (guest names, stay dates, room category, rates, number of guests, and add-ons). Casa Izeba is not responsible for errors made during booking. By completing a reservation, you agree to the selected rate plan and its corresponding cancellation policy. For questions prior to arrival, please contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
- Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your stay. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact us via WhatsApp, phone or by email.
- At check-in, the guest listed on the reservation must be present and provide valid, original photo identification (INE/ID, passport, or driver’s license). If the chosen rate plan requires payment upon arrival, a valid payment method must be presented. Full payment of the remaining balance is required at check-in. If you cannot provide a valid payment method, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

If you are making a reservation for another guest, you must include their full name at the time of booking. If payment is due upon arrival, the credit/debit card must match the name of the guest checking in. For prepaid reservations made by third parties, please contact us directly. Note that any incidentals will be charged to the card on file.
- Guests are financially responsible for any damages or unpaid incidentals discovered at or after check-out; charges will be applied to the card on file.
- The property accepts payment from Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit/debit cards.
- Only reservations made through our official website or authorized OTAs are valid. Casa Izeba is not responsible for fraudulent or invalid bookings made through unauthorized third-party websites, and reserves the right to refuse such reservations.
- For group bookings or full-house buyouts, please contact us directly. Deposit and cancellation policies may differ based on the number of rooms and length of stay

For operational or maintenance reasons, the hotel may reassign a room within the same category or provide an upgrade without prior notice.
Casa Izeba does not have on-site parking; however, an independently operated private parking lot is available next door.
Rates & Cancellation Policies
Nightly Rate Plan

A deposit equivalent to one night is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance will be charged at check-in.

Changes or cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival date may be made without penalty.

Cancellations within 7 days incur a 100% charge of the entire stay.

For booking changes, full payment of the reservation is required at the time of the request.

Policies may vary during high season and holidays (Formula 1, Day of the Dead, Christmas, New Year, etc.). Please confirm specific conditions before booking.

High-Value Reservation Policy
- Reservations of 5 nights or more or totaling over MXN 40,000 (including taxes) require an additional guaranteed deposit. Standard cancellation policies still apply.
Non-Refundable Rate

100% of the total stay is charged at the time of booking.

Date changes may be requested up to 7 days prior to check-in, subject to availability.

Cancellations and refunds are not permitted.
