• Bookings may be made online at www.casaizeba.mx, through online travel agencies (booking.com and Expedia group sites) and directly at the property.

• At all times during the booking process, you will be advised to ensure the accuracy of your booking details (guest details, stay dates, room types, room rates, number of guest(s), add-ons). The property will not be responsible or liable for errors in booking details. Please note that once your booking is completed, you are accepting our rate and cancellation policies. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact us via WhatsApp, phone or email before your date of arrival.

• Once your booking has been successfully completed, a booking confirmation will be issued with reference to each room booked and sent to the email address provided in your booking reservation. You must present upon check-in at the property an original valid photo identification document (national registration identity card, passport, driver’s license, or other identification card or document as the property may require). If the rate plan you chose needs to be payed upon arrival, you have to present a valid payment metod. Please note that 100% of your stay should be payed at check-in. If you are unable to present one, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

• If you do not receive your booking confirmation(s) within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of booking, please contact us via WhatsApp, phone or by email. The ‘guest’ named in the booking confirmation must be the person staying at the property otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

• If you are making the reservation for someone else, please provide the name of the person that will be staying with us. If the rate plan you chose needs to be payed upon arrival, the credit/debit card used to pay should match the name of the guest. If you would like to pay the room for them, please contact us to talk about the different options we have to pay in advance. Please note that if the booking is payed in advance by a third party, any incidentals or charges will be charged to the card on file.

• If you are responsible for damages at the property and/or incidentals left upaid at the moment of check-out, charges will be made to the card on file.

• The property accepts payment from Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit/debit cards.

• The only valid booking sources are the links provided on our active website casaizeba.mx and our official OTA profiles (www.booking.com and the Expedia Group sites). Any other booking source is invalid and the property will keep the right to refuse any reservation coming from these sites. Also, the property will not be responsible for any damage caused by a booking created by these unauthorized sources.

• If you would like to make a Group Booking or a Buyout, please contact us via WhatsApp, phone or by email. Deposit and Cancellations policies may change depending on the number of rooms and days.

RATE & CANCELLATION POLICIES

NIGHTLY RATE PLAN

• One night deposit and the rest is paid at the property upon check-in. Changes and cancellation up to 48 hrs before check-in (3:00pm local time) without charge. This policies can change on high season and/or Holidays (F1, Day of the Death, Christmas, New Year and others), please check before booking. • Upon check in, 100% of the balance will be captured.
• Guests will incur a fee of 100% of the total stay if they cancel within 48 hrs to check-in (3:00pm local time) date.
• For any changes in your booking, full payment of the reservation is requiered at the time of the request.
